I believe the body is the greatest tool we will ever own. We must get to know our bodies like most people know their cars. The body is a conduit for the divine spirit to enter when its at the highest vibrational frequency. We must wake up, power up and show up so our inner and outer worlds don’t have to blow up.

Being a human being on Earth is like being a cell on a giant living body. Enlightened Warriors/workers are stem cells, conscious people are red and white blood cells and unconscious people are cancer cells. What kind of cell are you? Do you feel good? You become what you think and feel the most. Always remember your inner universe affects the outer.

The better health you have the more spiritual energy will flow through you. Your health is your wealth! We cannot serve the world to the greatest level if we are out of alignment with our higher self.

The light of God surrounds me.

Power of God protects me.

Presence of God watches over me.
